Definitions

- Customer / You – The individual or entity placing an order with authoriquebookpublishers.com.
- Company / We / Our – Refers to authoriquebookpublishers.com.
- Product or Services – All goods and services provided by authoriquebookpublishers.com.
- Order – A request by the customer, made via phone, email, or online, to purchase products or services. An order is confirmed upon payment via any accepted method.

Please read our refund and revision policies carefully before placing an order. These policies outline your rights and limitations when working with Authorique Book Publishers.
Return
Due to the nature of our services, returns on completed orders are generally not possible; however, we work with our clients to resolve any concerns through revisions or adjustments.If the delivered work does not meet agreed requirements, our revision process ensures corrections are made at no extra cost. If necessary, we may revise or recreate the content to meet quality standards.
Revisions
- Revision policies vary by package and are specified in the package description.
- Revisions may be requested within 5–10 days of the order reaching Waiting for Customer Approval status.
- Requests must be sent directly to your assigned Project Manager.
- Customers may also make their own changes before publication, as all delivered content is in editable Word format and full rights are transferred upon completion.
Refund Policy
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and only under specific circumstances:
Eligible Refund Cases:- Before Project Start – 100% refund if requested before work begins.
- Change of Mind – Refund request within one hour of placing the order.
- After Project Start – Partial refund (up to 5%) may be granted if work has begun.
- Incompetent Delivery – Refund possible only after all revision options are exhausted and delivery is still not as per agreed requirements.
- Late Delivery – Refund available if delays are solely the company’s fault and documented proof is provided.
Non-Refundable Cases:
- Delays caused by the customer.
- Minor technical errors (subject to partial refund or discount).
- Refund requests made more than 10 days after delivery (if no revisions were requested).
- Requests based solely on word count.
Processing:
- Refunds take 5–15 days to reflect.
- A processing fee (whichever is lower of USD 250 or 5% of the order value) may apply for refunds to cover transaction and administrative costs.
- Refunds are issued only via the original payment method.
Modifications to Services & Pricing
We may update pricing, discounts, or services without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time, without liability to customers or third parties.
